I know I've seen it mentioned, but can't find an answer. What do you
do when you get the message MP3 must be more than 3 sec. long. the
mp3 I'm using is 3 min. long. thanks

Hello robin
We need to improve this in a future release!
It could be the MP3 is opened with another application or it could be an
unsupported MP3 eg 48khz sampling rate.
Any other offers?
Chris

Chris,
It was an mp3 that I edited in another program. Would that make a differen

Chris,
It was saved as an MP3Pro. When I saved it as a wave, there wasn't a probl
em.

Hello robin
It depends on the sampling rate, for example we don't support 48kHz at the
moment.

Hi.
Trying to compress some jpegs with Xat jpeg optimizer. I keep
getting this error message which says "Can't write to disk. Disk
full?" Checked my disk space. Got tons of it. What's this about?
