Screen Saver Transitions

Hello, I just installed xatshow and created a screensaver. I set the
duration of each image to 20 and the transition to 7. In the
preview, it works perfectly, but when the screen saver actually
kicks in (after computer is idle) it starts the transition, but
suddenly changes to the next image about a second later without
completing the transition. What am I doing wrong, or is this a bug?

I've seen that happen on a number of slide shows I've created when played
on other people's computer. I assume it has to do with the memory in the
video card.

Sometime, the images will just jump, sometimes they stop. I don't
understand it either, but you aren't the only one with that problem.
