Personally, I prefer Nero. Easy CD Creator has really poor customer
support and Ver 5 had a major bug that trashed many XP systems. They
admitted to the bug, but did not provide a fix. That totally put me off
ANY Roxio product. None of my e-mails to tech support were ever
answered. The knowledge base was down for "updates" for 6 months.
Nero's interface seems childish at first, but once you get past the
Wizard, it's great. They also have add-ons for different codecs.
