Issue about certain CD Drive?

I never succeed burning files created by Xatshow 5.02. I used any
method of file: nero, adaptec, iso, or bin, and the file was created
on my hdd, but when starting burn the program fail to do it. There is
something wrong with the file! My cd drive is Liteon 24x10x40.
Somebody can help me?

I use Nero 5.5 and Adaptec 5.
