Image Backgrounds

I'm new to the group and wonder if xatshow people cruise the site,
helping with tech problems. Hope so!

I love the application but have one problem. I really dislike the
black backgrounds of the images. Many apps have the option to change
this to grey (or anything else) but not xatshow. I tried inserting a
background image in the process but it simply showed as another
slide.

By the way, I'm using the latest version which shows the resolution
on the settings page. Great! While I'd like transitions I'm not ready
to go to low-res to get them. The 704X480 w/o transitions setting
give me excellent images on my old Sony 61" XBR TV.

Now, give me the ability to change the background color and I'm
living large!

Yes you can only do that oin web shows at the moment.

We should add this in a future version.

I agree, there should be an option for 704x480 with transition, I'm
not ready to give up good resolution for transitions, but it would be
nice to have both.
