VCD

VCD-Shows with transitions createt with 5.10 Beta 1 dont work on my
Cyberhome DVD-Player.

Music plays but the TV-sreen is back.

I choosed the following settings:
Transition random
Format VideoCD 352x...
Encoding PAL

CD-Writer: Nero ...

I also use "magix Fotos auf CD & DVD e-version" and it works.

My experiens with magix: VCD is bad, SCVD better, miniDVD good (I
have no DVD burner)

Function "slide show" is great, it would be better, if you can delate
slides.

greetings from germany
Andreas

Hello geddismom

It should be simple - put disc in player - menu screen comes up -
press e.g. 1 for slide show 1 and thats it.

But life is never simple

Some players won't play the disc try another player if you can (
plays on all the players I have tried though )

If you are trying on a computer DVD player it always seems to load
the software first. Try starting the player first before loading the
disc or search from the player software.

I hope this helps Anthony

I have a sony 5 Disc DVD, it wouldn't play any slide shows I made. I went to walmart and bought an APEX DVD Player for $49.99 and it plays everything

I am having trouble playing vcd on tv. It works on DVD player on my
computer, but not on tv. They used to work, but lately, they
don't. I'm guessing it's my DVD player.

Another thought do you have any of the old discs lying around that
used to work ; you could then try the player with them.
