Music problem

I tried to convert some songs with the new converter CDex to see
what happened and when I tried those same songs in a show using the
new version of Xat for a CVD I got a notice that the "MP3 has too
low a bit rate. Increase bit rate to more than 96000 bits", Now can
anyone explain this to me? What should they be set at for the shows.
On some other songs I got a notice again that the mp3 had to be more
than 3 seconds long too. Really confusing and aggravating and I
hate to keep using the same two songs that I got to work for me.

then Encoder tab

Set bit rate to 128 kbps
