Hello Harry

Did you have have manual transitions set? (Transition duration = 0)

Otherwise I will look into it.

Thanks Chris.

Hello Harry.
One of the reasons on large slide shows I don't use transitions nor music a
s the file size can increase dramatically. Are you using bmp image files, i
f so I would suggest converting to jpg after they have been edited, they ar
e so much smaller.and you would never notice the difference on tv or as a p
c show.
Before I heard of xat I used another program to send slideshows in emails a
nd the addition of music even as mp3 could increase the file size something
awful.
To really keep down the file size I have used midi files but I have a feeli
ng they may not be compatible with xat, Chris could let us know if they are
or could be made compatible.
You can get many midi files on the internet.
What was the size of the mp3?
John
