They were rumbled up in people's faces. And it wouldnt let me use CD-RW, I had to use CD-R. How to erase a CD-RW?

I am still trying to get that new one to work for me as I keep getting an error report when I try to burn it to a Cd. I am now wondering if it is because I am using a CD-RW instead of a CD-R but the instructions do not say that you have to use one or the other. Sandy
