Screensaver & VideoCD DVD Mode

Question

When burning the VideoCD DVD, is there anyway to disable the
placement of the Screensaver feature on the CD? I.e. the user will be
able to view the show on their PC & DVD player but will be unable to
install the Screensaver on their PC.
