How do you add background music to a quiz, at present it is like watching tv with the sound turned down.

You can't have background music on a DVD quiz. Its down to the way DVDs work. Every time you answer a question the music would jump.

Is would be a nice feature to have background music while quizzing.
Sound must be run independingly of any interruption posibilities.

DVDs can only do one thing at a time. They can't play background music and run a quiz. It would be possible to have a tune play while the question is up but this would be interrupted when you answer the question.
