MPEG layer 3 audio files

MPEG layer 3 audio files

XAT will not play audio files that media player, real player, etc will. The file I'm trying to add to a screensaver is "Properties" identified as MPEG layer 3 audio AKA MP3? It is not a protected file. Anyone else run into this problem, ifso what might be the solution
